Rutherford (full name Rutherford Investments Limited) was registered in 1962 in London England as a private company (Company No. 745536) primarily to acquire, develop, lease and operate commercial property. The Company is however permitted by its Memorandum and Articles of Association to engage in any other business activity and has recently started to offer website design services.

The Company has been registered for VAT since 1981 (VAT Reg. No. 369 5081 23).

We maintain a continual interest in the property and property development market and are always ready to consider attractive opportunities in this or any other field which the Directors consider appropriate.
