| We offer reserved car parking
at the
rear of our office building in Parsons Street, near to the centre of Dudley.
All parking spaces are individually marked and assigned via a
straightforward licence which gives users reserved parking with 24-hour 7-day access. |

The car park is primarily for the use of
office tenants, but
is also available to other businesses who want individually reserved car-parking with 24-hour 7-day access.
The premises are patrolled in the
evenings, at night and at weekends by Cougar Monitoring Ltd.

| Access to the car park is via
lockable gates
and an access bar. For convenience these are kept open during the working
day but for additional security are closed from 9.00 p.m. during the week and from mid-day on Saturday until Monday
morning. Users are provided with keys so that vehicles may enter and
leave at any time of day or night. |

Rents are currently £6.95 per space per week
and are payable quarterly in advance.
Licences are valid from issue until
terminated by either party with two weeks' notice.
